Contraindications

A contraindication for Modern Colon Hydrotherapy or Colonic would be a medical diagnosis for which Colon Hydrotherapy could not be performed at Gravity One Studio. If you have been diagnosed by a medical physician within the past two years for any medical condition listed below, or you are concerned about a particular health issue you have, please give us a call to discuss in greater detail. Gravity One Studio wants to provide a comfortable and successful Colonic experience for you.

  • Severe Cardiac Disease

  • Severe Anemia – Untreated

  • Colitis

  • Abnormal Abdominal Distension

  • Diverticulitis/Diverticulosis

  • Lymph Cancer

  • Recent GI or rectal bleeding (within last 12 months)

  • Crohn’s Disease

  • Abdominal Hernia

  • Pregnancy

  • Recent Abdominal Surgery (within 12 months)

  • Bleeding Hemorrhoids, Fissures, or Fistulas

  • Aneurysm

  • Cancer of GI (Gastro Intestinal) tract

  • Renal Insufficiency/Kidney Failure

  • Cirrhosis of the Liver

  • Seizures, epilepsy, psychoses
